The hotel offers clean, comfortable rooms with a great location in Heavenly Village, close to restaurants and casinos. However, it can get crowded during breakfast hours, and the room setup with a chair by the bathroom door was not ideal.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and excellent, but during the weekend, the size above me was rather inadequate. The service was a bit hit or miss, with some staff being exceptionally helpful while others were not as accommodating. The location was convenient, close to many attractions in South Lake Tahoe, but I did notice some issues with morning crowding. The dining options were standard, nothing too special, and the facilities were decent overall.
The hotel had superb rooms with all necessary things and some crowded moments during breakfast at around 9:30 am. The service was professional, friendly, and helpful, offering great suggestions for dinner. The location was really nice, close to shops and restaurants, although it could get crowded at times. The dining experience was average, with some dishes being great. The facilities were satisfactory, offering various services.
